June 6, 2024 - ارتفعت القيمة السوقية لشركة NVIDIA إلى ما يزيد عن 3 تريليونات دولار لتتفوق على ”أبل“ باعتبارها ثاني أكبر شركة في العالم من حيث القيمة، وذلك بعد عام من النمو المذهل مدفوعاً بالطلب على رقائق الذكاء الاصطناعي الخاصة بها.

The chipmaker’s stock was up 5.16% at $1,224.40, giving Nvidia a market value of $3.01tn at market close. Apple’s market capitalization was at $3.00tn at market close as its stock climbed 0.78%.

On June 5, the chipmaker’s shares rose 5.2% to close at a record $1,224.40, pushing the market value to more than $3 trillion and overtaking Apple in the process.

Nvidia’s data centre chips power the AI models that chief executive Jensen Huang has claimed will spur a new “industrial revolution”, transforming global business with productivity-enhancing features.
