June 20, 2020 - August 9, 2020 - Italian Serie A season, Italy’s premier football competition, is set to resume for the first time since March 9. The restart will begin with four postponed fixtures from earlier in the season, before 12 further matchdays -- organisers aim to finish season by early August, with final three rounds of matches remaining to be scheduled.

Eight-time defending champions Juventus and Lazio are separated
by only one point at the top of Serie A -- the pair are set to meet with a potential heavyweight title decider on July 18. Both teams are set for away fixtures on the first weekend of play restarting, as Juventus face Bologna and Lazio take on Atalanta.

Postponed fixtures:
Torino v Parma (June 20)
Hellas Verona v Cagliari (June 20)
Atalanta v Sassuolo (June 21)
Internazionale v Sampdoria (June 21)

Fiorentina v Brescia (June 22)

Bologna v Juventus (June 22)
