November 29, 2018 - The new Europa League season continues with the penultimate round of matches in the group stages. The tournament culminates with the final at the Olympic Stadium in Baku, Azerbaijan, on May 29, 2019.

Glasgow Rangers, Europa League finalists in 2008, host Spanish side Villarreal at Ibrox Stadium. After liquidation in 2012 and relegation to fourth tier of Scottish football, Rangers are back -- challenging for honours under Steven Gerrard, in his first coaching role. The Scottish heavyweights are on verge of qualifying for Europa League knock-out stages, aiming to join seven other teams already qualified for the Last 32 taking place in February.

Elsewhere, Kazakhstan champions Astana host Dynamo Kyiv with the pair battling to top their group, and Olympiacos travel to Real Betis for a crucial contest.
