ضحايا الزلزال في إندونيسيا أكثر من ٨٤٠ قتيل
October 1, 2018 - The death toll from a devastating earthquake and tsunami that struck the Indonesian island of Sulawesi has surpassed 840 and is likely to rise further.
The number of dead, largely from the city of Palu, is expected to keep rising as areas cut off by the damage are reached.
Many people are reportedly trapped in the rubble of buildings that collapsed in Friday’s 7.5-magnitude earthquake, which generated a tsunami said to have been as high as six meters in places.
