Dubai World Cup 2017
March 25, 2017 - Despite losing its crown as the world’s richest horse race to the inaugural $12 million Pegasus World Cup in Florida in January, the Dubai World Cup remains the richest raceday, with a $30m purse spread over nine races. Fourteen horses line up for the $10m Dubai World Cup, with Bob Baffert’s Arrogate considered the favourite after powering to three successive Grade One wins at the Travers Stakes, Breeders’ Cup Classic and Pegasus World Cup, all held in the United States.
