Guantanamo detainee found guilty

November 18, 2010 - The first Guantanamo detainee to be tried in a U.S. civilian court has been acquitted on all but one charge over the 1998 U.S. embassy bombings. Ahmed Ghailani still faces prison, but the outcome could undermine the Obama administration’s plans to try other terror suspects in civil courts.
