For subscribers: Upgrading from print to include web use

All agreements specify which publications are permitted to use Graphic News material, the ”Permitted Publications”. To find out which of your publications are permitted, click on the link to “Your account” when you are on the Graphic News website in the download window (where you can see the files available to download).

Many subscribers need to upgrade because their agreements started when print was the only media outlet. Now, most offer a website as well and are developing iPad and mobile applications, some even having associated TV and radio stations. Special deals are available to upgrade from print to include your website. Please Contact Us for further information.
  • Option 1: When websites start they often simply reuse content from the printed edition or offer the printed edition in a facsimile format (such as PDF). This usage is normally included at no additional cost, but Graphic News must give their approval in writing.
  • Option 2: When websites start selecting their own content and publish before the printed edition, then they need their own license to get direct access to the service, their own UserName, and to receive their own e-alerts. This option allows the use of static graphics on a website.
  • Option 3: Allows a website to use both static graphics and interactives.
Please Contact Us for further information or to discuss any of these options.
