Downloading graphics

When you have found a graphic you want, select it so it shows in the View Window.

Click on the blue Download arrow in the View window.
Enter your Username (ID) and password, remembering to use capital letters. If you have forgotten your password Contact Us.
You will then see a pop-up Download Window with a visual of the graphic and the files available to download. Before you can download any of these you need to click in the box to agree the User Terms
Decide which files you want to download. Graphics are available in different formats for different purposes. The static graphics are available in formats for print and web. The interactive graphics are available in formats for web use. For print, different versions may be available for reproduction on colour or monochrome (black and white) pages. It can be useful to download both formats if they are available.

Please note that although the User Terms give you unlimited access to download graphics, this is on condition that graphics are not archived for use at a later date, or copies taken for personal use. So download what files you want when you want to use them. Then after the edition has gone to press, delete the remaining files from your computer.
