About technical support

Graphics are constructed to be safe and easy to use but the technology and software used is changing all the time so different problems arise. Also some people have years of technical experience, whereas others just know what they need to edit or translate the words.

Our information database “GNInfo” (where you are now) has been designed to help -- So people can look for information as and when they want it. There are buttons in the search bar at the top to take you into the main sections: About us, Service , Deals, Interactives, Website, Technical. Each section header starts with the word “About ...”. The home “welcome page” is About us.

There are extensive links (in blue) in each page to other pages for further information. Use your browser back arrow to return to a previous page. You can also search by keyword. If when you search by keyword you do not get an answer, or the answer doesn’t help you, please let us know so we can remove the “pot hole”.
