By Chris Dinsdale

September 20, 2018 - May 29, 2019 - The new Europa League season kicks off on September 20 and culminates with the final at the Olympic Stadium in Baku, Azerbaijan, on May 29, 2018.

Five-time champions, Sevilla, face Russia’s Krasnador, Standard Liege of Belgium, and competition debutants Akhisar of Turkey -- teams from Spain have won five of last seven Europa League titles.

Arsenal, under new management of Unai Emery, will face tough competition from Sporting Clube of Portugal, and long trips to Azerbaijan and Ukraine, to play Qarabag and Vorskla respectively.

Chelsea, winners in 2013, will travel to Greece, Belarus and Hungary to take on PAOK, BATE Borisov and Vidi, while Dudelange, the first club from Luxembourg to reach the Europa League group stages, will face European heavyweights AC Milan.
